Arna Banack, Arbacus

Arna
helps organizations understand the power of culture. She believes that culture
is impacts on everything an organization does, including its ability to meet
its strategic objectives, deliver on its brand and customer promise or successfully
follow a project plan. She believes that focusing on organizational culture
(how people behave within an organization) represents the single greatest
opportunity to close the gap between what an organization does and what it says
it wants to do. For this reason, her work focuses on understanding the current
culture of organizations, and what the culture needs to be in order to deliver
on organizational goals and objectives. She works with organizations to develop
the plan (and ensure that it is implemented) to make positive culture a
reality.
Drawing on her extensive experience as a facilitator, coach and advisor in the private, not for profit, and public sectors, Arna works in partnership with clients to address their unique challenges. She has had her own consulting practice for the last 15 years. One of her strengths is her innate ability to surface key issues. Once recognized, this opens the door to the implementation of effective action plans to raise effectiveness.
